* Need Not Be present to win

* Please be sure contact info is correct and legible on ticket. Only BDD Supplied tickets will be honored.  

* Prize will be mailed to winners US address free of charge.

* Winner will be drawn on Toby's birthday (July 8th 2026 at 12pmEST).

* Winner will be notified by supplied contact info from back of raffle ticket received.

* No online tickets will be sold, tickets must be purchased at a show. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS from anyone other than     Mike or representative of BDD Entertainment.

* If the winner cannot be notified after multiple attempts (48 hours), a second drawing will take place.

* The hat was donated to BDD Entertainment by a friend of Toby. It is a used article of clothing that has been stored in a cool     dry location for 6 years. It has not been officially authenticated and purchase of tickets for the giveaway, is at purchasers risk.

* If a dispute arises, BDD Entertainment has final say.

* This Raffle is NOT associated with Toby Keith, the TK Foundation, Wounded Warriors Program, show promotors, venues or any show sponsors. BDD Entertainment is solely responsible for running, setting up, selling tickets and distribution of prize.
